Report a Side Effect
If you are concerned about a side effect, it should be reported on a Yellow Card. Reporting forms and information can be found at https://coronavirus-yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk/ or search for MHRA Yellow Card in the Google Play or Apple App Store. When completing a report please include the vaccine brand and batch/Lot number if available.
Alternatively, side effects of concern in association with a Novavax product can be reported to Novavax Pharmacovigilance at +44 203 514 1838 between 09:00–17:00 Monday - Friday or via the Novavax Adverse Event Reporting Form.
Please do not report the same side effect to both systems as all reports will be shared between Novavax and MHRA (in an anonymised form) and dual reporting will create unnecessary duplicates.
